Brevant Hike

The next day for a change of pace, and as we knew the weather was to be bad for a few days, we went walking on the Brevant (north west) side of the valley. We took the telepherique up to around 2000m and walked to the Brevant [2500m] from there.

It was all nice easy walking on good trails, in the sunshine with great views. The company was good too.

At the top of the Brevant there is a telepherique station with a restaurant. So thats where we stopped for lunch. These people are (going clockwise from the left) Penny, Fo, Dec, Ciaran and Mary.

There were great views accross the valley to Mt Blanc and the massif. And there were loads of people paragliding from the Brevant.
